This disease stopped the growth of the head of the fetus. Also, this disease kill adults and this is the first time in the world. In the Brazil are the different cases of micro-encephalitis. The virus was detected firstly in Brazil and immediately has spread to 18 states. The minister of Brazil proposed one emergency programmer to control the mosquito that provokes this disease.
In my opinion the reaction of the minister is very good because in front this fact has actuated with rapidly. This disease is very dangerous because is mortal and also affect a fetus.
