My English competence in 2016

In my opinion, I believe that my best writing are Do men and women view love differently? and Human rights. I chose these writings because in my opinion are the best of all my writings, because the topic is very interesting and talk about these topics mean maturity. In second of high school, I didn’t write about my pet or my summer if not scarcity to maturity and resources to write about another topic. I am thinking that in two writings I show maturity because the Human Rights isn’t one easy topic and love neither. This wrings have a good structure, vocabulary and content. In Do men and women view love differently? I utilize characteristic vocabulary to love, for example: soulmate, attributes, valued... Also, I utilize technical vocabulary in Human Rights, for example: abrogated, international treaties, inviolable… 

In fact, I love to write about this topic because is beautiful and satisfying can explain yours view to the world. 

In my opinion, I believe that my best oral presentation is Research project. I chose this oral presentation because having the best mark and also I am very happy with my result. The presentation, structure, content and language are good, sincerely the best of all of oral presentation. Although I didn’t have a perfect pronunciation I am very happy, because I get to make a good oral presentation. I prepare a lot this presentation and although I didn’t have eye contact with my classmates this oral presentation is the best of all. In others presentations my classmates aren’t understood a little bit, but in this presentation I have the sensation that they understand. In the video I can see that I didn’t look the paper and didn’t read. Also, I can see my nonexistent eye contact. But this fact happens because I am very nervous. In my opinion is very important spend time to prepare the presentation because obtained a good and learned a lot. Sincerely, I am very proud of my work. 

My English reflection

In this written I compare first and last written in first of high school.

My first written in first of high school is email of the teacher. In this email I wrote an introduction in which I explain where I am from, my personal information. Also, I wrote about my hobbies, that I do in the summer and my future plans. In this writing I remember that I have a lot of mistakes, but as are a task the teacher correct all mistakes. Also, I recall that spend a lot of time to write this email because I have a little fluency and need search in the dictionary a lot of words. 

My last written in second of high school is news. In this news first I read the news, after I do the list of vocabulary. Later I wrote a summary and final the personal opinion. I can say that I write the news I understand the information and also I didn’t need search a lot of words because in the context I can understand very well the content. Also, when I have written the summary and the personal opinion, I have more fluency. This trimester didn’t spend a lot of time to write the compositions and I search in the dictionary specific words. 

Now I compare first and after the oral presentation of high school. 

In my first oral presentation of high school, I talk about the Jewish and Chinese weddings. In this oral presentation I have small mark because I did horrible the oral presentation. I remember that my classmates didn’t understand me. I was unable to learn and pronounce correctly the text. Also, I have a lot of difficulties to prepare the content for the oral presentation and didn’t know pronounce the words. I needed to improve a lot because my pronunciation was terrible. 

In my last oral presentation of high school talk about to my research project. In this oral presentation I explain my research project, firstly the theoretical part and after the practical part. In this presentation have a seven and I am very happy, because I improve a lot. In this oral presentation my problems are the pronunciation and the eye contact because I was very nervous and only look board.

The content, structure, presentation and fluency improve a lot. Even I do mistakes in the oral presentation in particular to pronunciation. I have fewer difficulties to prepare and memorize the content to the presentation. I think that I am stay concentrated in must to say and look the board to concentrate. To prepare this oral presentation I spend time but only like this I can improve my English. Finally, I can say that I see the development in my English. 

Where to live when we are in the university?

Going to university is a great thing in life. When we go to the university all changes because we will go to different villages, different houses and atmosphere. But we have different possibilities to live in the university, for example at home or on a campus, in my opinion the two options are good. 

First of all, living at home has a lot of benefits, for example we have more privacy. But also there are some inconveniences for example, if you dislike living alone. Besides the prices are expensive and all the responsibilities you have to do all. 

Secondly, living on a campus has some advantages, for example, the prices are cheaper and the atmosphere is more cheerful. But it is possible that you will not have intimate and relax. 

In short, you have to enjoy for life in the university, but also you have to study.

Nowadays, after the economic crisis a lot of citizens suffer the terrible consequences. The bank foreclosure all the goods, The people live on the street or in the shack, and they have a lot of difficulties. They also have scarcity and include nourtrish and sanitary scarcity. 

This fact happens in the developing and developed countries and we need to solve it. 

These days the nongovernmental organization (NGO) does a lot of campaigns to collect food, clothes and health products. But this is not enough and all the citizens have to help.

Malaysia: Court Victory for Transgender Rights

In November in 2014 a three judge of the Putrajaya Court of Appeal said that one prohibition connected to the law ban on cross-dressing was degrading, oppressive and inhuman. Director of Human Rights affirms that all Malaysians can express themselves as the people they want to be. The case was reported by transgender women of Malaysia and reported the 66 article. The Court of Appeal ruled that article 66 was unconstitutional because this violated the rights to live with dignity.Human Rights Watch does reportage and affirms that in Malaysia exist government abuses. Also the Religion Department humiliate the transgender women. Transgender people in Malaysia are subduing to police persecution and discrimination. This fact obligates the Malaysian government for regulated this law because the transgender person has the same rights that all of the rest of the citizen. 

In my opinion the developed country helps the developing countries in this fact and in more. But also we can understand that the culture is different and the citizens are different religions. Didn’t all the countries adapt to the fast process and to the changes in the sexuality. In general the Muslim cultures are much closer and are hard to accept these things and these big changes. 

Dogs may love us, but they are mean to strangers

This piece of news talks about the comportment to dogs. One research published in scientific reports shows that dogs share food to other dogs. In my opinion, this investigation is important because we must study the behaviors of animal and even more with those animals live with them. But all this investigation must be done with very careful because of some of the investigations animals suffering. All the investigations and studies, research on animals must respect their space and not interfere in a negative way in their habitat.

This piece of news talks about to one photo that has been viral. In this photo appears one woman that is against to the meeting to nationalists in Sweden. This image is heroic because woman shows his courage. This photo is related to the painting Liberty Leading the People (1830) by the artist Eugène Delacroix. The woman that is in the photo are 42 years old and her name is Tess Asplund. When Tess Asplund came face to face with 300 nationalist felt go against to the group's anti-immigration attitudes. Her position remembers to the Black Power salute.

In my opinion, this act is very important in our society because if they aren’t denounced racist and unsociable acts is possible the world returns to ancient era. Nowadays are still many people and racist acts and we didn’t accept this. All the citizens have the same right, although came in the different country. Governments should ban eradicated the manifestations to racists and nationalist groups because this fact does destabilizes the society.

In my opinion, this fact affects on the jobs and in all the life of citizens of the world. Many people think that is normal that one woman collect less than a man. This fact is totally unreasonable and we society needs changes. Also, our society needs changes because the advertisements nowadays are very snobbish and in more cases in the advertisement for cleaning products watch women. If these changes exist I’m sure that education and gender violence disappear or are very rare.

Happy birthday my love!

Today is the birthday of my boyfriend, he turned 20 years. He is bigger than me five months. I write one large and beautiful message for his at midnight and also I make one collage with our photos. When he read the message he quickly calls me and I can watch that his eyes filled with tears. Madalin is the best boy in the world and never wanted to lose his. I talk every day with him and every day that passes is wonderful and unforgettable. Also at the morning I do one box and prepared his present. This year his birthday coincided with Eater in Romania. He loves present and he was very happy. I love so much his.

In my opinion, this news explains the present in more civilizations in the world. Although this story is very sad and very materialist is very common around the world. For example, in India girls pay family or boy, and also didn’t can marriage with boys or girl to the one different lineage. This fact is very incomprehensible because love isn’t demonstrated in money. 

Spring

Spring is a beautiful station and this station began in March. I love this station, but also have bad things. For example the allergies are very annoying and the mosquitoes also are very annoying. This year really I don’t have allergies and in my opinion this year isn’t a lot of pollen and this fact is very agreeable. Went I live at the moment aren’t mosquitoes. As well as this spring isn’t very hot and also many days it was very cold. Also, many days it rained a lot. I love rain, but only when I stay at home or when can go to the beach to run. But when I go to school, I didn’t like to run. 

Do men and women view love differently?

Nowadays all of citizens search perfect love, perfect relationship or we soulmate, but really know the meaning of a perfect relationship? In all of articles in the news and the magazines talk about this. This article affirms that isn’t exits, one prototype or specific characteristics for defining a perfect soulmate or the perfect relationship. This fact happens because men and women view and search different attributes. In more of articles in magazines and more specialists I can view that affirms the fact that women and men loves differently. But I think that the women and men are capable loves, although at the time to express it, there were some differences between woman and men. 

Woman search in one relationship affection, tenderness, cuddles, fell heard, surprises and details. But men search fell valued and successful in all aspects of life, frequent sex and reaffirming their self-esteem. Also, women want to feel valued and appreciated while men want to be useful. It is their way of expressing love and feel loved. In addition, women think expect the men cover all our needs, but no need to share everything and also everyone can enjoy with your friends. As well as men sometimes need to retire quietly to confront their problems, but women need to talk about them. The midpoint is giving him some time to isolate but agree that you will talk later. In addition, when women don’t get everything they want, they tend to give more. Women suffer as they wait, silently and sometimes believe they can guess their thoughts, he realizes and appreciates you. They must learn to set limits and to express they want without thinking that will be rejected.  

In conclusion, I think that although there are many articles were explaining that women and men view love differently, I think that this fact didn’t depend to person and not to sex. All people look different or similar in the relationship, but things don’t have to depend on the genre. Women and men might be looking for different thing, but always have common things. Love is stronger that everything and if this feeling is real stand forever.

This news talk about to the forms to improve children mental health issues. Nowadays, more children suffer mental health issues. The England government explains that investing £1.4bn on children's mental health services. According to the differences  reports published in the different intuition most schools offers support for this student. But the NCB chief realized one survey and the resultants are alarming because the families with children with mental issues affirms that the support of government aren’t sufficient and they have to pay big sums of money to take their children to private schools. 
In my opinion, this problem the governments have the obligation to help families because all the children should have all the possibilities although suffers mental health issues. With the crisis, the government gives less aid, but more aid and less corruption! 

Human rights

The human rights are the fundamental rights that humans have by the fact of being human, and that are not even created nor can be abrogated by any government. Supported by several international treaties these include cultural, economic and political rights, for example, right to life. 

The notion that a human being has a set of inviolable rights began during the era of Renaissance humanism in the early modern period. The European wars of religion and the civil wars of seventeenth-century England belief in human rights became a central concern. The World War I and II led to the creation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The reason of the Human Rights are created is because the post-war era saw human rights movements are very important interest groups for example, as feminism and the civil rights of African-Americans. 

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a declaration adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948 at the Palais de Chaillot, Paris. This document has included 30 articles of human rights.

One of the all human rights that exist I choose the fourth, no slavery. This human rights consist No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude and also no one shall be required to perform forced or compulsory labor. This human right is violated in many parts of the world, for example in sexual exploitation. This fact happens in developing countries and developed countries. In Spain, eastern countries, Africa this article on human rights is violated. But is very difficult found one country where this article isn’t violated. Also, this occupation is the most ancient and never have we disappeared, but the countries, for example Sweden and Holland, can make regulations for regularize this occupation, finish this action or penalize the clients. 

The video that I see explain very good and very clear, because in most of cases when someone talks about slavery we think in ancient civilization but this exists nowadays. 

Happy brithday mum!

This week was the birthday of my mother and we celebrated together. She turned 45 years. I write one large and beautiful message for her and when she reads her eyes filled with tears. My mother is the best in the world and didn’t because she always says my good things but the opposite. Always she talks with me and knows and understands all of the situations that I explains. My mom in all of bad situations she stays with me and she has given me the best advice. For example in study situation because I didn’t know that degree course. But also are situations in which we argue, but always resolve. I love so much her.

Describe your soulmate

Madalin is my soulmate, he is 19. He is a brown-eyed boy and has got long eyelashes. He has a strong and lovely complexion and beautiful and big lips. He is really tall and looks very attractive when he dresses up to go to the university.

Madalin is studying mathematics at the university and in summer he works in the agriculture. But this summer he is coming here and he will work with my uncle. He loves crowds of people and makes friends easily. He loves to stay at home and cook with his mother and little brother. This person loves reading and he reads very interesting looks.

He is very calm but always cheers me up when I’m depressed. He is also really energetic, generous, and a little bit jealous. He is very intelligent, he always has very good grades, and he has a scholarship. He’s also very polite and very polite and very loving with me. The only fault is that he is quick-tempered, but he forgives really fast.

In conclusion, Madalin is a great person and he is my soulmate. I love him a lot, and I will always stay with him. 

Trip diary London

The trip in London during four days specifically the Thursday 25th of February, Friday 26th, Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th. 

Thursday 25th begging the travel at two o’clock p.m. in front of our high school to go to airport of Barcelona. On the plane, I sat next to Andrea Mateos and Ariadna, but I sleep all the flight and only wake up when the plane landed. After we got on the bus and go to the hostel and when arrived we left the suitcases. Later we began the visits in London. Firstly the teacher buy the underground card and after going to the Covent Garden. Firstly the teacher buy the underground card and after going to the Covent Garden. Covent Garden is a beautiful and luxury places and in this place with Marta and Kautar we watch the luxury stores. In this place Marta, Kautar and I go to Eat to take a lunch. After the lunch we go to the Trafalgar Square, and visit the National Gallery. In the Trafalgar Square there were many people that who made spectacles, for example 4 boys are sitting down in the air, other men draw on the ground, and when go out the National Gallery one man play the bagpipes. In the National Gallery I can watch the fabulous paintings and some classmates that does history of art explain one painting. Next we went to see the Big Ben and the London eye. In this place we take group pictures. In the London eye the group separated and one group went to the Buckingham Palace in underground and the group went I went to the Buckingham Place walking to the beautiful park. Right after we went to Piccadilly Circus, Marta, Kautar and I went to the souvenir shops and buy.Then went all the group in a restaurant and dinner pizza and tiramisu. Finally went to the hostel and sleep, because we very tired. 

On the first day we visit a lot of places and also the most important and famous and in the other days also we visit but have more free time. 

In the second day, firstly breakfast and after going to the Globe Theatre Museum when one man explains the characteristics and see the more places of Shakespeare novels. But along the way before arriving at the Globe Theatre Museum we see the St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Millennium Bridge. Near the Globe Theatre was a modern electric industry museum and we visited. After we can free time and lunch with Yuri, Michel, Jordi, Quim, Marta, Kautar and I in the Pret a Manger. After we go to the Tower Bridge and go quickly to the place when the teachers were waiting. Next we take the underground to the museums street. We visit the Science museum and go to Harrods. In this big place we see a lot of jewellery, clothing and complements from well-known brands and very expensive. Also, we see food, but the prices were very high, for example the kilogram of strawberries with chocolate cost 89 pounds. Finally, we go to the traditional British pub and dinner. This night Marta sleeps with me and talk this she until the three o’clock in the night. And the other nights also she sleeps with me. 

On the third day also breakfast together and also went to the National History Museum, and in this place we see sculptures and objects to the different old civilizations, for example we see the Pantheon and the mommies of the Egyptian civilization. After we go to the Camden Town with the customary British bus, and see a lot of boutiques and food stations. We have free time and firstly go to the food stations; the smell was fascinating and encouraged to eat. We eat and later go to the boutiques and I buy beautiful earrings of silver. After with all the group went to the Piccadilly Circus and divided in two groups, one go to the musical and other have free time to visit the zone. Finally, our dinner in Piccadilly Circus, and take the underground to go to the hostel. 

The last day also breakfast together in the hostel and have a lot of free time. We decide to go the drink coffee and went to the shops firstly went to the Abercrombie and later a more shops. The three we try on a lot of clothing and have a great day. After we went to Eat and lunch salad and one sandwich. After that beautiful moments went to the hostel and take the suitcase and get into the bus and went to the airport. At the moment that the airplane cross to the Pyrenees had turbulence, I am sleeping, but Marta awakens and she cried because she was so afraid and I intent calm down. After Kautar has anxiety attacks. I didn’t afraid to the turbulence, but I’m worried about them. In this moment I feel impotence because I don’t know get out this anguish. Finally, we arrive at the Barcelona Airport and get on the bus and go to the high school. My mother came to pick up and I was very happy to get home and sleep in my bed. Home sweet home. 

How one person can change your life?

These days some people think that love is it isn’t real or in one determinate moment love is finished. But this is true? In the last years the numbers of divorces have increased and why this happens? The more people talk that this happens because the crisis, monotony, love is finished, infidelity and other things. But real love is fantastic and found this in one case is difficult and in others is easy. One person can change our lives, for good or bad but the changes. For example, one person thinks those don’t have marriage and didn’t have children, but falls in love and this partner makes you change life plans. In conclusion live the most of every moment of your life and enjoy.

One perfect week with the special person

Nowadays the society has done some importance to the big and expensive presents. But it is necessary? What is most important and beautiful one expensive present or a homemade dinner? I think that I prefer the second option, although to dirty the kitchen and eat don’t have salt or that although it’s very salty. But I don’t know if the rest of the society thinks the same because I believe that the society becoming more materialistic. If I imagine one perfect week with my boyfriend, I didn’t think in five stars hotels and in places very expensive. I like to stay in one mountain cabana and enjoy of the nature. I didn’t need the expensive presents I also need him.

Peanut allergy theory backed up by new research

Orangutan population up but threats remain

In my opinion, this animal must be protected because the deforestation and the poaching reduce the number of these animals. And the animals didn’t live only in zoos and for this reason we must fight to preserve their natural habitat.

These years I can see that the citizens are more and more consumers of different products. Our system economy is based on the consumer and without this the economic system is ending. I can see this in the crisis of the last years because when the housing bubble explodes all the economy worse. But although the crisis the Spanish economy and the continued shopping and buy different things. The economy in all the world is based in buy, buy and buy. Also, all the products are fabricated with one a certain service life because over time you re-buy the same product. 

Oral presentation self-evaluation

• Presentation (10%): in my presentation uses various resources, for example the Prezi with good images and graphics to my research project. In someone’s commentaries to the evaluation does for my classmates, his writing that my presentation is good photos. The resources can be focused on my topic and also my research project helps me to select the information. I’m talking during approximately 6 minutes, but this trimester my big problem is the eye contact. In a lot of commentary to the evaluation my classmates wrote that I watch only the board and the eye contact was non-existent.
• Body language and eye contact (10%): body language and eye contact is one that my biggest problems in the oral presentations. I have this problem because I’m very insecure and this time constantly I have looked the Prezi. This time I’m preparing the oral presentation and I believe that I had seen thought to my eye contact has been non-existent. 
• Structure (10%): I think that my oral presentation has a good structure because firstly I made one introductions, after I explain the objectives of my research project. In second place I explain the practical and theoretical part. Finally, I talk about the conclusions of my research project. In my opinion all the parts of my oral presentation are important and also explain the most important information on my research project.
• Content (40%): the content of my oral presentation is good because I explain the more important facts of my research project. In some commentaries of my classmate I can read that my research project is good and original because in the class nobody made this research project
• Language (20%): in the last presentation I didn’t improve, but in this oral presentation have improved. Because I tried to control my nerves, I have made mistakes in the pronunciation, but I haven’t read as in the other presentation. I think that my vocabulary is rich because I can search in the dictionary works. Also in this presentation I intent memorizes my presentation and I managed not depend on my paper. But my problem is the eye contact. 
• Pronunciation and intonation (10%): I have mistakes, for example: objectives, media, measures, radio, because, theoretical and results. 
• What have you done well? What do you need to improve?I need to improve tow thinks my oral presentation. I do a good Prezi and a good structure, but I body language and eye contact and the pronunciation. Also in this oral presentation I memorized that I had to say and this fact is very important because in any presentation I memorized my presentation and always read. Also, I need control my insecurity and my nerves.

 In my opinion with this news we can see the effects that have the climate change and this fact is very alarming because once it started no end. The effects of climate change are visible and this means that the effects are started.

In recent years, there is an increasing number of consumers of the social networks, for example increasing the consumers to Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. But is this fact for the society?

On the one hand, the people that use the social networks have lost the face to face communications. For example friends prefer to talk on Skipe better then to meet them. Also the cyber bullying and crimes against children are big problems. Nowadays, you can see in the news adolescents that commit suicide because they suffer these problems.

On the other hand, the social networks help to find romance, seeking a new job and also getting and going products and service referrals. For example some romantic stories have started in the socials networks.

Consequently, the social networks are the motor for the digitalization and the citizens that do not have networks do not exist, and this fact is hard but is the truth. 

Abstract research project

Nowadays, is there a decline of the Catalan language in the media? This is the driving question of this Research Project and it contains two parts: the first part focused on the progress the Catalan language has after the dictatorship until present time. The second part focused on the analysis of the news and the radio sequences. In this part, I have been working very hard because I have searched for the mistakes that the journalists made. The principal objective knows the situation of Catalan language in the media communication.

Finally, once finished my Research Project I can write the conclusions from the graphics that I made after to finalize the practical part. I can conclude that in the media communication the journalists make a lot of mistakes and this fact happens because the automatic translatesand the journalists don’t have a good knowledge of the Catalan language.
